A generated lesson opens in the attendance register. The calendar shows which lessons already have attendance.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to enter lessons by hand every week?
No. Add a weekly template to the group and generate lessons for 1–12 weeks. A group can have several templates, for example theory on Monday and practice on Thursday. The owner, a manager or admissions staff can set templates. Lessons that already exist are not duplicated.
Does the schedule track rooms?
Not yet. A lesson is stored with its group, date, time and type.
Is practical driving planned in this schedule?
A group’s practical lessons appear in the schedule as their own type. Each student’s driving session is recorded separately and approved by a manager.
Can a teacher see other groups’ schedules?
No. Teachers see only the lessons of groups assigned to them.
What does the calendar show?
Each lesson shows its date, group, teacher and recorded attendance. Open the calendar for any date range.
Who manages templates?
The owner, a manager or admissions staff can add and edit templates. Only the owner and managers can delete them. A template that is no longer needed can be set to inactive.
