Branch management

Keep every branch in view.

Branches on the owner dashboard

With more than one branch, the dashboard shows a comparison chart and top branches by revenue, plus school-wide totals.

Access rights

Each permission has one of three scopes: the whole school, one branch, or the employee's own records.

Who changed what

Important changes go to the audit log: who changed which record and when. The log is available to the owner.

Frequently asked questions

Can a manager see another branch’s data?

No, only the branch assigned to them. If needed, the owner can grant access to another branch or the whole school.

Who grants permissions to staff?

The owner. Permission management is not part of a manager’s default access. By default a manager sees almost every section; the audit log and settings stay closed.

How do I compare branch revenue?

The comparison chart on the owner dashboard shows students, revenue and debt for each branch, and branches are ranked by revenue.

Can one employee work in two branches?

Yes. Assign the employee to several branches and grant permissions separately for each one.

Which roles are there?

Roles: owner, manager, accountant, admissions staff and teacher. Save a recurring set of permissions as a named template and apply it to new staff.

Is there a daily report per branch?

Yes. An owner who turns the report on gets yesterday’s revenue and new-student count for the whole school in Telegram at 08:00 every day; a manager gets the same for their branch.
