A lesson is planned, the instructor submits it with the actual minutes, and a manager approves or rejects it.
Completed and remaining minutes
The training plan sets the required minutes, for example 1200. Approved minutes are added and the remainder is calculated.
Instructor and vehicle
Each lesson gets an instructor and a vehicle. The vehicle record lists the lessons driven in it.
Frequently asked questions
How are driving minutes counted?
Only minutes from approved lessons are added to the student's training plan. Unapproved and rejected lessons do not count.
Who approves a lesson?
The instructor submits the lesson; a manager approves or rejects it.
Is distance (km) recorded?
No. Distance is not recorded per lesson. The vehicle odometer is kept in the fleet section.
Can a lesson be cancelled or corrected?
Yes. If needed, the lesson is cancelled or a manager corrects the minutes. Every change stays in the lesson history.
