Only staff with permission see and record payments, for their own branches. Who changed what, and when, stays in the audit log.
Frequently asked questions
Which payment methods are supported?
Cash, card and bank transfer. School staff record the payment. Online payment through Click or Payme is not available.
How do installments show up?
Each payment is stored separately. The remaining debt updates right away on the student record and in the debtor list.
Can I export payments to Excel?
Yes. The payment list and the student list download as xlsx files.
Can students see their own payments?
Not at the moment. The student portal shows the schedule and attendance; payments are visible to school staff only.
Do debtor alerts come to Telegram?
No. The 08:00 Telegram report has yesterday's revenue and the number of new students. You see students with debt in the list inside the system.
How do I sort students with debt?
Filter the student list to those with debt and sort by the amount owed. The owner dashboard shows revenue for the period and student debt in total and for each branch.
