Paid and unpaid parts
An expense can be settled in several payments: planned, partially paid, paid or cancelled. The owner or an accountant records payments.
Due-date control
Each expense gets a due date. The page counts those due within 3 days and those overdue by 1–7, 8–30 or 31+ days.
Fuel becomes an expense automatically
An approved fuel entry in the fleet is recorded as an expense linked to that car, so fuel never has to be entered twice.
