A car with an expired document, an open repair or overdue service cannot be assigned to a lesson.

Maintenance and defects

Repairs are logged with dates; the next service is set by date or odometer. A defect with a photo stays open until resolved.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I see insurance and inspection expiry dates?

In the documents section of the vehicle record. A car with an expired document cannot be assigned to a driving lesson.

How is fuel checked?

Receipt and odometer photos are required. The receipt’s QR code is used to fetch the fiscal receipt, which is matched against the station’s TIN and the amount. The amount cannot exceed the verified receipt; without a QR code, the entry is reviewed manually.

Can a car be moved to another branch?

Yes, by the owner. A reason is recorded, and the history keeps who moved it and when. Each car has a responsible employee.

Are vehicle age and category checked?

Yes. The car must be active and match the category. Category B cars older than 10 years, and other categories older than 20 years, are not assigned.

What is recorded at handover?

When a car changes hands, a handover record is made with the odometer reading and five photos: front, back, both sides and odometer. The receiving employee confirms it; the owner or a manager can reject it with a reason.
